LEARNING HANDSTAND METHOD CREATED BY DESKO AMAT
The “FIND & FIX” method is based in knowing what our errors are and thus being able to correct them, without a constant external help.
We will look for the origin of the failure and we will look for all the possible solutions from there with the resources that we have. With this method we can treat injuries, perform postural correcons or strengthen the necessary muscles with different specific exercises in order to achieve our goals.

WORKSHOP CONTENT

DAY1 (3 HOURS) INTRODUCTION TO THE METHOD AND BASIC TECHNIQUE 
DAY 2 (3 HOURS) ADVANCED SHAPES (OAH, BANDERAS, MEXICANAS…)

DAY 1

• Theorecal explanaon of the “FIND & FIX” methodology
• Understanding of the basic knowledge and explanaon of the principles of anatomy and biomechanics that we will work on in the intensive
• Work and improvement of stability -Work of different types of hips
• How to structure your workouts 
• Round of quesons at the end of the intensive

DAY 2

• The second day will be more focused on individual work and the objecves of each one, being able to work in mini groups or completely individually.
• It will be explained and organized concepts and exercises focused on OAH, FLAGS, MEXICAN…
• Round of quesons at the end of the intensive
